Which package is best for me?

At Exactly, we believe in simplicity. That’s why we have 3 packages for each situation: basic, standard, and premium. Take a look at the package overview, and it will be clear at a glance. Prefer personal advice? Give us a call, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Is it difficult to switch to Exactly if I already have a gestor?

Absolutely not. We take care of everything. After signing up, we conduct a brief phone intake with you. From there, we handle all the necessary arrangements with your previous gestor. Your entire administration will be transferred to Exactly, and from that point forward, you’re in good hands.

How can I become a client?
It’s very easy. Choose your package and fill in your details. A representative from Exactly will contact you to finalize the application. So, you have (almost) nothing to worry about.

How do I submit receipts and invoices?

Definitely not in paper form 🙂 We will provide you with a unique email address through which you can directly send all your invoices to your own financial environment. From there, we will take care of it for you.

How do I book invoices in my general ledger account?

You don’t have to. That’s what we’re here for. You just need to provide them, and we’ll take care of the rest. This way, you’ll have more time for other matters.

How can you offer such low prices?

Exactly has implemented a high level of automation. This allows our team members to have more time to provide you with personalized service, and it enables us to offer you the lowest prices.

Can I visit your office?

At Exactly, our entire service is designed to provide you with excellent service remotely. Our advisors, accountants, and tax experts are available to assist you via phone, video, email, or chat. However, if you still prefer to visit our office, we’ll be happy to welcome you and have coffee ready for you.
